This week we barely scratch the surface  regarding Tegyn Angel's incredible feats of endurance.  We find out about "Big Red", his 32kg Kettlebell that he carries up mountains, the 339km, 4 day running race he did through Italy; and the 3.5 hours he slept during it.  We also discuss sleeping on your feet, making your own water bladder out of kangaroo skin as part of Survival Run Australia, and how much mind games play a part in longer runs.  But don't worry, there are plenty of Chicken Chats... We were lucky to get confirmation, rebutle and clarification from Pat's twin brother Julian and there were more fist bumps than we knew how to deal with.
