SINCE WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY THE WORDS AND GENEROSITY OF JESUS, WE SHOULD SEEK TO BLESS OUR COMMUNITIES WITH OUR WORDS AND THROUGH GENEROSITY.

When we pursue wealth we should pursue it with HUMILITY, INTEGRITY, and AN EYE TO THE FUTURE.

THE PURSUIT OF WISDOM BRINGS GOD'S BLESSINGS OF FULFILLED HOPES AND THE STABILITY OF PERMANENCE. THEREFORE, WE SHOULD PURSUE THE WISE SPEECH THAT BRINGS LIFE.

WISDOM BRINGS MATERIAL AND RELATIONAL PROSPERITY

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE BEFORE GOD TO CHOOSE WISDOM OVER FOLLY, TO CHOOSE HIM OVER OUR APPETITES.

We take a second look at Lady Wisdom's call, seeing that WISDOM'S LINK WITH CREATION DEMANDS A RESPONSE.

Wisdom cries out her message. WISDOM OFFERS HER TREASURES TO ALL HUMANITY, BUT SHE IS ONLY FOUND BY THOSE WHO LOVE AND SEEK HER.

We look at Psalm 91 and see GOD'S PROMISES and OUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

On June 14, 2020 we looked at the issue of Christian Liberty and Paul's guidelines for those who may disagree on "disputable matters." This week we look at the issue of race from a Gospel perspective. We look at Luke 10:25-37 and ask WHO IS MY NEIGHBOR; we look at Genesis 1:26 and THE IMAGE OF GOD; we then consider Galatians 2:11-16 & 3:26-29 and see that we are SONS IN CHRIST.

Solomon calls his son to listen to and treasure his teachings regarding sexual sin. In the teaching he tells a parable to help the son know the strategies that Satan employs to tempt to sin. In this we see THE WARNING, THE YOUTH, and THE TEMPTRESS.

Solomon calls his son to wisdom in security in lending and debt. As we consider this call, Rev. Hughes tells us about LENDING PRACTICES IN ISRAEL, UNWISE SURETY, and Solomon's call to PROTECT YOUR FUTURE.

Today we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We look at the two disciples walking to Emmaus and their encounter with Jesus.
