Two of the most stressful periods for a musician's journey seem to fall into the buckets of Anxiety before a song release date and the Burnout once the record is available to listen to. In this deeply personal episode, I want to share some of the Coping Mechanism I've used over the years to address the triggers of anxiety BEFORE it leads to a burnout.  However, this is only MY perspective, if you do feel you need to ask for professional mental health advice, please reach out to a counsellor, therapist, charitable organisation or doctor to discuss.

Can You Be An Artist WITHOUT Social Media?  Throughout the conversation we answer the biggest questions of all: "Do Musicians Need Social Media To Succeed?".  To dive into this question in depth, UK hip-hop duo Othasoul had the perfect answers and discussions as they are solid experts in off the grid marketing and networking without using social media.  Rappers Louis VI and Dozer Carter who make up the two halves of Othasoul aren't strictly artists without social media, neither are they anti social music marketing. Get a Musician or Celebrity idol to NOTICE You on Instagram  I bet you're wondering how to get a musician to Reply to your Comment?
