When the unexpected happens it can really rattle our confidence and our ability to push forward.  Sometimes we get angry and yell and rant; other times we are reduced to tears and silence.  Many of us question.  Sometimes even hard questions about GOD WHY??  Or WHERE WERE YOU?  Our situation can change literally in the blink of the eye but GOD, oh friend, OUR GOD is ROCK SOLID.  He does not change!! How many days are left until you enter your eternal destination? Are you ready to fly away from the cares of this life?  What do you expect to happen after you breath your last here on Earth?  You do know that there is another stop ahead; RIGHT??  A benefit of staying grounded in the Psalms monthly is each month, I find myself pondering the question and taking a hard look at my recent life choices.  Sometimes what the LORD reveals is kind of ICKY and I need to get honest with the LORD, to confess my sin and seek His forgiveness.  And I love that He is so faithful, merciful and kind.    Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God. Do you chat with the LORD throughout your day of all the amazing things He has done, is doing, and will do in the future for YOU??  What do you see with your eyes that make you marvel at God’s awesomeness?  What do you hear with your ears that causes you to say YES GOD!!   We worship the LORD with all our senses … not just sight and hearing.  None of us have ever LOOKED into the face of GOD and YET He IS present.  All the time.  God caused everything in our world to function without the help of MAN.  EVERYTHING.  Oh humans think they are improvising  the design however most of the designs of humans actually fail >>> miserably.  Yes doctors can do amazing organ implants but the vast majority only have a limited ability to function for perhaps a decade or so AND only if the recipient daily takes a fist full of pharma medicals to stop the body from rejecting or attacking that organ.  DId you know that??  Of course not … no one is up front

Many of us are using digital navigation to find the best routes to get from one place to another. Sadly as a result many have no idea of how to get between points A and B on their own … they have become reliant on a digital device’s guide.  BUT what if that system was hacked and it took you far far away from your intended destination??  Friends … back before their were maps or even cars, people traveled great distances to seek and worship GOD in community.  They traveled primarily by foot from all corners of Israel up to Jerusalem.  And as they walked they sang or recited a series of Psalms to keep them focused on where they were going and what was ahead.  Our GOD desires us to walk with Him each and every day when we follow Him faithfully.   Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the LIGHT.  We are filled with light because it is God who gives us light.  Humbly each day we should be asking Him to keep on loving we who know Him and to keep on doing right to those whose hearts are honest.  Honest about what?  Our struggles, our difficulties, our failings, and especially going to Him when we have sinned for forgiveness.  Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God. It’s been a difficult disappointing year with unimaginable hurdles.  BUT GOD is good all the time and all the time, even in the midst of darkness, depression, disappointment GOD does not change:  He is GOOD.  Period.  I failed to be consistent in 2022 and to faithfully bring forth the Psalms each and every day.  Life got complicated and I did not know how to navigate through the wilderness publicly.  By God’s grace 91 Psalms Cast episodes featuring the Psalms did make it into the airwaves and I hope that the Holy Spirit delivers them to those who need the WORD.  And an additional 24 days of the BONUS CONTENT called December Miracle that spoke out loud the GOSPEL of LUKE for the first 24 days of December. Be well dear listeners.  Leave the ashes of regret, mistakes, failures, bitterness, anger and junk of the past 365 days here in 2022.  Give them all ot the LORD and trust HIM to do an amazing work of GRACE, MERCY and LOVE as we walk into 2023. Have you ever been so desperate, so despondent that life just did not seem worth continuing to fight against???  What did you do to get past that place?? Therapy?  Drugs?  Time??   One thing I know for sure is that God does not despise those who are struggling with depression.  How could I possibly know this to be true?  Because there is a chapter today that was written by one who was sunk down in the pit of depression.  It is a grim dark psalm but GOD allowed it ot be here for others like myself that struggle to thrive in the hard times.   Let us praise the LORD in all the aspects of life and living.  Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God. It is easy to praise GOD in the blessings but many of us struggle to even pray continually when we are going through a storm.  The silence and non activity seems so lonely and daunting.  I am sure it was much the same for Joseph after his older brothers sold the teenager into slavery into another country.  God had given Joseph dreams of being a leader and now his feet were in chains.  BUT Joseph did not give us and we are not to give up.  We are to continue to walk out the days while we are waiting.  So how can we??  By learning all the different ways to pray and gosh, the Psalms give us so much instruction as we see witnesses of people will real life and death struggles praying to GOD.  Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God.
