So it's seeing the anger, envy, and jealousy in the world of form as if people are angry and envious and jealous. BUT, it's a big trick to see in the world what you don't want to face in your mind. It's quite an ingenious trick. And yet this world is the result of projection. Projection doesn't work. When you try to see something that you don't want in your mind as if it's in the world, you're keeping it in your mind. You're not forgiving it and releasing it. You're seeing it as if it's outside of you. But there is nothing outside. I can tell you right now that's the ultimate realization of spiritual awakenings. There's nothing outside of you. You're it. And the first one, I think, is one you might relate to. It's called "Help." The simpler, the better, and the Holy Spirit is aware of that prayer for help. I think the second one, right behind "Help," is "make it obvious." That's my second favorite. Considering we're in this fog of forgetfulness which is a kind of sleep, I can't think of anything more helpful than just crying out for help when you need it or saying "make it obvious" because "make it obvious" is a prayer for guidance. Even if I can't hear your voice, you can still "make it obvious" to me in my nighttime dreams, "make it obvious" with signs and symbols, "make it obvious" with music on the radio, "make it obvious" with the birds and with people. Closing Session - Vision of the New World - Tabula Rasa January 2022 Online Retreat with David Hoffmeister and Frances XuWe need to be taught innocence as little children because we are brought up with the ego's way of adding meaning to and sorting out the reasons and purposes of the world. It wants us to take sides of what is good and what is bad, and it wants us to keep asking ourselves to make decisions in the world based on who the ego tells us to be. This is where all the chaos comes from. The split mind tries to project a world in which it makes sense to align with the perceived good side and reject the bad side as if there is meaning in such a world. We have to unlock all of it based on guidance from the spirit, like in little children where everything is miraculous. Everything is perfect. No bad guys, no good guys, no sides. It's called listen and follow. Everyone who comes to planet earth and to time and space believes that they can have an autonomous personal will apart from Gods, but what does that mean? It means that it can have an experience other than perfect supreme happiness, other than total bliss, eternal life, and eternal bliss. So that's good to know. Right? When I was a teenager, I used to be afraid of God's will. I was like, what is that? And Jesus taught me; it's simply perfect happiness. Calm down. Don't get all bent out of shape about God's will. It's not about which country should invade which country and who's right and who's wrong. No, no. In fact, free will doesn't have anything to do with choice. Movie "Family Man" Commentary by David Hoffmeister - Weekly Online Movie Workshop When we approach forgiveness, often, we think we need to forgive ourselves as persons or forgive other people. But what Jesus is asking us to do here on Christmas Day is, he wants us to recognize that we have a perceptual problem. Like in the 12 step program, I have to admit that I have a human perception addiction and that it is blocking the light for who I really am because God created me as pure spirit. I've misperceived my identity as being tiny when I'm vast. I'm so vast that I can't even be contained in time and space. I'm so vast I'm an eternal creation of God.
