I learned how to say yes to customers instead of saying no.  – Matt DeLong, Entrepreneur, Start-up Consultant, Author, Speaker, Professional Stocks/Options trader, CTO at Real Life Trading Matt started his entrepreneurship in high school with a landscaping business.  Matt eventually sold it and moved to Nashville, TN.  Matt was a C student, went to community college, but quickly realized that there were other ways to get an education besides the traditional method.  Matt bought a $25 dollar yearly magazine subscription, Entrepreneur Magazine, with the goal of reading every monthly publication for 10 years.  Matt is a hands-on learner and learned how to build websites since the World Wide Web was the next big thing from Entrepreneur Magazine.  Money was important, but more importantly, Matt knew that he needed the experience to get a base skill.  Matt’s greatest skill is to solve a need and learn to say yes, I can do that.  How do you solve a need and get paid to do that?  How do you add value?  That’s what

  • Episode 75 – Perspective, Perception and Time

  • Episode 74 – Book Club The Blue Zones

    15/03/2023 Duración: 43min

Loved it, interesting and liked it.  We all wanted to hear way more stories about people’s lives.  The people in the book were happy.  The stories were told in a way that we wanted more.  The research was also told in a way that made the book interesting.    Do you check in with your circle every day?  Are you intentional in what you do?  We summarized that low stress, clean eating, moving your body, nuts, less meat, vegetarian, calcium, sleep and napping, being a needed member of a family or culture were all very important to live a long life.    What would you do to live more like the people in The Blue Zones?  Bike to work?  Less social media?  After an episode get down and do 20 sit-ups, then 20 pushups?  Switch out processed snacks for homemade chickpeas?  One of Robyn’s 2023 goals is to stop eating before feeling full, and it’s been a good change.  We’d love to hear from you on your switches.        You can follow the I Can Do Anything Podcast at: Email us at – icandoanythingpod@gmail.com Watc

  • Episode 73 – Xochitl Rodriguez

    01/03/2023 Duración: 42min

“Focus on what you want and what will it look like when you arrive?  Is what I’m doing bringing me closer to what I want or is this a distraction?  Ask better questions.” – Xochitl Rodriguez    “Why is this happening to me?  I was asking all the wrong questions.”  Xochitl had successful businesses and then they were gone.  Doors opened, closed and opened again for Xochitl.  Xochitl kept moving forward and took advantage of a stock trading retreat when she had spent several thousands of dollars.  Many would have given up and not take advantage of that open door, but Xochitl pushed through.  Today Xochitl is the president of Real Life Trading and a published author.      Xochitl and I both have been looking forward instead of the back window for the past several years.  We attribute this to our experience and wanting to help others learn as quick as possible.  While you shouldn’t take away learning experiences, you can shorten them.     Purchase A Proverbs 31 Woman on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/dp

  • Episode 72 – Giving Grace

    14/02/2023 Duración: 39min

What does giving grace to others and yourself look like?  Giving grace to others could be biting your tongue or trying to understand the other person’s reasoning.  Does giving grace to yourself look like an excuse?  If so, why are you willing to give yourself an excuse, and if not and excuse, how do you know?  Which end of the spectrum are you?  Our friends Dr. Billy Alsbrooks and Matt Scoletti, episodes 42 and 43 respectively, as well as Jerremy Newsome, episode 67, are mentioned in this episode.   One day off is a rest, two or three days off is a habit per Matt Scoletti.  We love this saying! Pam stated, “Often when we want to quit we need to give it more.”  I need to focus on this aspect for 2023. - Robyn  Grace is not necessarily letting go, it can also be a push.  Where is the threshold?  Make it achievable, obtainable, realistic and gives you joy.   You can follow the I Can Do Anything Podcast at: Email us at – icandoanythingpod@gmail.com Watch our faces on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/cha

    15/01/2023 Duración: 40min

Push yourself to do hard things – Abigail Puccioni Chronic back pain and recurring infections is how Abigail got started on her Integrative Health Practitioner journey.  Most people would associate integrative health with diet changes, supplements, protocols and a fear of toxins.  With all of these things, Abigail felt stuck in the wellness hamster wheel.  Mindset and belief system is what shifted for Abigail.  The thought crossed Abigail’s mind; shouldn’t we all be better by now?  Abigail decided to go off of her supplements and stopped cutting out certain food groups.  Once Abigail stopped living so rigidly she started to live again and even took up traveling again.  Colin O’Brady’s two books, The 12-Hour Walk and The Impossible First along with the podcast, The Cure For Chronic Pain with Nicole Sachs, LCSW helped Abigail start to change her mind-set.  Abigail knew that her next steps would come to her when the time was right.  It finally hit her that she wanted to start a brick-and-mortar wellness center.

  • Episode 70 - Trevor Boylston

    01/01/2023 Duración: 57min

‘Stories change hearts and hearts change minds and that’s the only way we can grow” – Trevor Boylston Let’s get educated on LGBTQ+ and gender dysphoria.  Trevor takes us on an educational journey through his 17 year transgender journey.  This is Trevor’s experience.  Everyone’s journey will be unique to them.  Gender identity is who you know yourself to be, who you are as a person and sexual orientation is who you are attracted to.  Gender identity may not always match their gender expression and that is how you appear to the world around you.  Trevor expresses himself as male with his example of his beard, T-shirt and bald head.  Trevor has had surgeries which include consultations, travel and spending days/weeks away from home.  Letters from several professionals are required to attest to Trevor making a sound decision.  There are several safeguards in place to ensure that sound decisions are being made; this is not an overnight decision.  Trevor’s wife has been a fantastic supporter of his change and he th

  • Episode 69 – Book Club One Day in December

    18/12/2022 Duración: 53min

The December 2022 Book Club all agreed that One Day in December by Josie Silver was a cute read heading into the holidays.  Context and perspective matters is the theme of this review.  We had a good laugh with Pam thinking that Jack was a bus boy; when in reality he was the guy that Laurie saw at a bus stop.  The three of us really enjoyed the characters and could visualize many scenes in the book.  We all enjoyed the twists and turns and we’d read another Josie Silver book.        You can follow the I Can Do Anything Podcast at: Email us at – icandoanythingpod@gmail.com Watch our faces on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeI1EHGodsDgwYbvHuOxLQQ And then there is always our website - www.icandoanythingpod.com Like us and subscribe on Facebook - https://bit.ly/3bG0Efk Follow us on Twitter - https://bit.ly/2yqZczb Find us on Instagram - https://bit.ly/2xDFIa4 Get your merch here - https://bit.ly/teespringicdapod Join us on Goodreads – ICDA   Please leave a review and remember that we’d love to hear f

What’s something that’s exciting and scary?  Being a first-time mom!  Megan and her husband gave grandparent gifts to break the news of the new baby.  There wasn’t a big reveal, they kept it intimate which suited them just fine.  Did you know that there’s an app for baby names that you and your husband/partner can use to help narrow down baby names?  Megan says that being a parent is the best experienced! 21/11/2022 Duración: 53min

As we enter the holiday season, I take it as a time to reflect.  This year is no exception.  I interviewed Jerremy Newsome who’s leveled up my life since June 2019 and it’s time to give thanks.  I met Jerremy through my mom, who was and still is, obsessed with anything Jerremy related.  Who’s Jerremy Newsome?  First and foremost a father and husband.  One of the world’s best stock traders.  Three-time finisher of 29029 Everesting, Ironman, Calendar Club running finisher, 10k pushups in a day and completed the 4x4x48 David Goggins challenge.  Jerremy is also an entrepreneur, author of adult and children’s books, mentor, an official member of Forbes Business Council, mentor of G-Force Mastermind, Podcaster, keynote speaker for events, featured guest on podcasts and world traveler. Jerremy and I talked through documenting your success stories throughout the year to see how far you’ve come.  I do this in my professional life, and I recently started in my personal life.  Jerremy suggested to our listeners to creat
