Week 12: In Samuel 13:14 we read: "The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart.” And we read again in Acts 13:22, " I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will." Does being a man after God’s own heart mean David was perfect? That's a definite no! We all know the story of David, but let's learn from David how to seek restoration with the Father through honest repentance. What God saw in David, He can see in us.
