On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in David Lasseter to recap the Panthers 6-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs as the Panthers were ready from the jump with getting the first 20+ shot attempts and they swamed the Leafs. Although the Leafs tiled the ice after their first shot 12 minutes in, it was a 0-0 game heading into the second. Florida's blue line was pretty leaky at the end of the first where the Leafs bottom six got their chances off the rush, but the Panthers were able to keep it scoreless. The floodgates started to open in the second period, starting with a goal off the rush by Seth Jones, where he would also get an assist on a high hockey IQ play where he prevented the play from being offside as the Panthers started to pour it on.
