The issue is that he acted as if that game was a one-off and not a regular occurrence, which is what it is turning into. They have given up roughly 27 points per game in their last 9 games – a number that would rank 30th in the league based on last year’s numbers. The Steelers had a strong defensive mind like Brian Flores in their building a few years ago, but they kept Austin over him.
