BREAKING NEWS: Micah Parsons has been traded to the Packers. How has this impacted the league? The Steelers-Packers matchup got juicier and the Steelers are now an underdog in that game. The Packers visit the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 4. Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo from the PG joined the show. Ray reacted to the Micah Parsons trade as the details were coming in. Ray talked about the storylines with Steelers-Jets in Week 1, along with their game against the revamped Packers later in the season. Ray said the Steelers are confident in Calvin Austin and may not add anything at receiver. He believes Ben Skowronek could be their WR2. Ray agreed with Jeff from yesterday and told us Will Howard may spend the whole season on IR. Ray thinks the Steelers will go 10-7 and win a wild card game. Total Request Thursday.

In typical fashion, Mike Greenberg is high on hopium when it comes to Aaron Rodgers and Mike Tomlin going into 2025. Poni listed off the QBs – some of which are complete bums – that won a playoff game more recently than Tomlin has. The guys don’t think the Ben Roethlisberger excuse should still be used by pundits around the league. Chris thinks it’s a tired argument from Greenberg and others on the subject. Poni doesn’t think the gap is all that wide, but said the Bengals are a real wild card. Donny thinks the Ravens will win 14+ games and just too good for the Steelers to keep up with. Mike White ranked the 10 best WPIAL football players since 2000. PG columnist Jason Mackey joined the show. Jason doesn’t think the Steelers are a ‘serious’ threat in the AFC and can’t see them finishing ahead of the Ravens. Jason thinks the Steelers finish 11-6 and Aaron Rodgers is better than we expect, plus a playoff win. How good of a season do the Steelers have to have for Rodgers to run it back here?
