Former MLB pitcher Matt Clement joined the show. The guys wanted Matt’s reaction to the pitching matchup tonight in Milwaukee, which features 2 former Pirates – Jameson Taillon and Quinn Priester. Matt said you can compare those guys to other former Buccos that have found greener pastures elsewhere on the mound. The guys asked Matt about different philosophies in small markets that help those franchises make the playoffs. Matt doesn’t see why the Pirates would part with Andrew McCutchen even though he’s not the same player he once was.
