UNDERSTANDING IMMORTALITY: “Is there Life After Death?” Based on US World Report Radio     Does everything about a person disappear at death?  Perhaps it is grace that remains. The thought that our brain stops working, then dissolves reminds me of what happens when you pour salt on a snail.  We are mostly water and salt, the imprint of all generations swirls within and without. Whether we like it or not,  our Creator is not—the otherin any sense.  We can never equal the sum of all that our Creator is and does, but neither can we separate ourselves from it.  There is not one without the other Do we survive Bodily death? Perhaps we are trying to preserve the wrong body? If we do survive, It is our first encounter with the  existential crisis that most shocks our consciousness—the meaning of nothingness.  To become Nothing is the gasoline that inflames our fears.
