The first episode of Tragedy to Triumph wasn’t my story. It was a conversation between my friends Matt Neumann and Michael McKiernan in the 96 Rock studio. These two guys that could help me get it started and understood how important it was to me. Established in 1995, Hamilton County has the first and only full-time drug court in the state of Ohio, and one of the oldest drug courts in the United States.Judge Kim Burke has spent time as a faculty member of the National Judicial College where she taught a course to fellow judges on substance abuse issues.
