David is a New York artist, whose work has been collected worldwide in museums including the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Hirschhorn Museum. He has written numerous articles on American pulp artists, and books on his father, pulp artist Norman Saunders, and Walter Baumhofer and, H.J. Ward. David also runs the website, Field Guide to Wild American Pulp Artists.
