The gang fulfills the world's lamest prophecy by finally watching Ridley Scott's sci-fi classic Blade Runner.  They discover what it means to be human and that Harrison Ford seems a little drunk.

Kicking off 2015 in style with The Hunt for Red October!  The gang forcefully leaves the protective nest of 1970s movies and boldly travel into the future: the 1990s*.   *If anyone makes a 2015 Back to the Future joke, I will find you.  

The guys get cocky and think they can find redeeming qualities in the Star Wars Holiday Special.  They don’t. 

After hearing an NPR piece on the 30th anniversary of Blazing Saddles, the guys dive into the old west and discover racism never goes out of style.  Topics include small home repair, horse humor, not analyzing the plot, and accidentally stealing bits from John Mulaney.

The gang watches Alien on Halloween and releases it the week of Christmas because they’re great at time.   Topics include space cats, space law, capitalism, and extremely phallic imagery.

The guys check in on the classic Spielberg movie to see how it holds up.  They learn about life, love, and killing animals for fun and profit.

So we are reviewing classic movies, TV shows, video games, and  other works of media with a comedic slant.   I hate internet reviews where the comedy comes from tearing things down.  We want to build things up.  Unfortunately we started with Mad Max and were not prepared for what lay before us.    Ep. 1 Mad Max: A Parenting Guide
