This week we're discussing oft-used terms that are heard in conversations about video games. From "shmup" to "skill floor", we're talking about how we converse about video games and why these phrases are used.

Tom wants to talk to us about the potential merits of marketing certain fighting games as excessively difficult a la Dark Souls("Prepare To Die"). What would this mean for potential fighting game newcomers and possibly jaded veterans?

We're discussing the short and long-term viability of the Google Stadia platform. Google's not got the greatest track record with its new products, and some of us are understandably skeptical of the promises they've made for Stadia.

Tom and Ryan(once again) sit down to talk about fighting games. The thrill of victory and the sting of defeat are center stage this episode.
