Episodios

  • Balls [Working Title - Demo] - 04 July 2007

    04/07/2007 Duración: 04min

This is a short backing track that I've recorded. This is no way near finished and is more of a "work in progress".

  • Textures [Remixed & Remastered] - Christmas Gift 2006

    25/12/2006 Duración: 49min

This is my "Textures" album in its entirety, which has been remixed and remastered by myself and made available for FREE as a gift for Christmas 2006. Please download this and enjoy it. If you like what you hear, feel free to check out more of my music.

  • God Pays Debts Without Money - Promotional Podcast

    01/11/2006 Duración: 01h03min

This is a podcast to promote my new 4-CD boxset called "God Pays Debts Without Money...". The podcast lasts for over an hour and I play a couple of tracks from each of the CDs and talk about the project.

  • Over It Now - 01 August 2006

    06/08/2006

This is a vocal track I recorded for a CD boxset I am working on. This is a rough mix with a guide vocal to give you an idea of what the final track will sound like.

  • Age of Communication - 03 August 2006

    06/08/2006

This is a vocal track I recorded for a CD boxset I am working on. This is a rough mix with a guide vocal to give you an idea of what the final track will sound like. I have also re-recorded the drum track. As you can hear, this is a parody of "Tomorrow Never Knows" by the Beatles, which happens to be my favourite track of theirs.

  • RC50-2 - 29 July 2006

    01/08/2006

This is the second live improvised track I recorded using a Boss RC-50 looping pedal. This is more of a sketch than anything serious and is a good demonstration of how I come up with guitar solos. I usually work them out like this and then refine them over time. However, this example has all the mistakes left in and a little bit of distortion too. Enjoy!

  • RC50-1 - 27 July 2006

    28/07/2006

This is a live improvised track I recorded today using a Boss RC-50 looping pedal.

  • The Clock Keeps Ticking 2006 - 18 July 2006

    19/07/2006

This is a reworking of an older song. The original version of this track was recorded fourteen years ago on a small 4-track and I thought it was time I attempted a modern, more professional version.

  • 10-07-06 B - 10 July 2006

    10/07/2006

This is a live improvised soundscape using a Godin XTSA guitar, fed into a Roland GR-33 guitar synthesiser and a Boss RC-20XL looper and Boss DD-20 delay pedal.

  • 10-07-06 A - 10 July 2006

    10/07/2006

This is a live improvised soundscape using a Godin XTSA guitar, fed into a Roland GR-33 guitar synthesiser and a Boss RC-20XL looper and Boss DD-20 delay pedal.

  • 08-07-06 - 08 July 2006

    08/07/2006

This is a live improvised soundscape using a Godin XTSA guitar, fed into a Roland GR-33 guitar synthesiser and a Boss RC-20XL looper and Boss DD-20 delay pedal.

  • 07-07-06 - 07 July 2006

    07/07/2006

A live improvised guitar soundscape to commemorate the 07 July 2005 London Bombings. My thoughts are with those who lost their loved ones on that day. May liberty and freedom overcome the politics of fear and the religion of hate. Peace.

  • Digital Sunset 1 - 20 June 2006

    20/06/2006

More live experimental ambient looping using a Roland GR-33 guitar synthesizer, a Boss RC-20XL and a Boss DD-20 all controlled via a Godin XTSA.

  • Save Me 2006 Rough Mix - 19 June 2006

    19/06/2006

This is a remixing/re-recorded version of a vocal song originally written back in 1999.

  • Cloistered Space 1 - 17 June 2006

    17/06/2006

After seeing Robert Fripp performing soundscapes twice this week, I became inspired to go back to my looping pedals and produce some suitable ambient noodlings. This is the first. Enjoy!

  • I Don't Know How to Stop - Rough Mix 29 May 2006

    29/05/2006

This is a short song dealing with the topic of addiction. Listen to those rock vocals, eh?

  • That Is The Way It Is 2006 - Rough Mix 27 May 2006

    27/05/2006

This is a re-recording of an older song from 1999. I am very pleased that I got the vocals right this time and even managed to include the original guitar solo from that seven-year-old demo.

  • When I Was Young 2006 - Rough Mix 16 May 2006

    16/05/2006

This is a re-recording of an older song. The original version of this was put down in 1999 and I decided to try and re-do the track. I am pleased with the outcome because my recording experience and musical technique has improved somewhat and the song works a lot better now.

  • Miranda Inspired - Rough Mix 09 May 2006

    09/05/2006

This is a rough mix of a recording I have just finished for a CD I am working on.

  • JayEmJay - Demo Recording 19 December 2005

    08/05/2006

This is a demo recording of a song called JayEmJay, which is kind of a homage to a certain French electronic artist. The track has yet found a home on any of my recordings.
