Tonight’s guest, William Harris, grew up in a very remote part of the Smoky Mountains, in North Carolina, next to the Tennessee border. In fact, the area where he grew up was so remote, it was cut out of the wilderness just 60 to 70 years before his family moved there. William grew up fishing, hunting, and exploring the mountains around his family’s farm. Consequently, he had a very good childhood. While it’s true that he had an idyllic childhood and grew up in a beautiful area, there was still dark side to living where he did. You see, from a very young age, he was warned not to be outside after dark, because the Wooly Booger would get him. Of course, that sounds like something kids are told to scare them into being good and doing what they’re told. Sometimes, though, there’s truth behind warnings, like that. In early September, of 2005, tonight’s guest, Jill, was driving home from work, around 11 PM, when the unthinkable happened. It was a beautiful night, and the stars were out, in Michigan, where she lived. Jill had her window down and was driving slowly, enjoying the ride home. When she was approaching the road she lived on, she noticed that someone had left a lot of trash, out by the road, for refuse collection, the next morning. Next to where all of their trash was piled up, was a yard light. That yard light was lighting up the trash fairly well. As she drew closer, she noticed a large bear digging through the trash, looking for food. She wasn’t in a hurry, so she decided to roll to a stop, next to the bear and observe it. Friends and family used to excitedly report seeing animals to her that were native to Michigan that they didn’t see often, so Jill thought this would be her chance to let them know she’d seen a bear. When she stopped her car, the “bear” was merely 5 feet from her, as she watched it through

Therefore, she went by the name “Sundown,” in the interview.“Sundown” was driving home, 1 night, near Mountain Home, Arkansas, when the unthinkable happened. Her kids were in the backseat, and she was driving down a country road, when all of a sudden, she saw a huge, black, canid, laying on the road, up ahead, in her lane. What surprised her most about the black canid was the fact it was 3 times bigger than any Saint Bernard she’d ever been around or seen. She came upon the creature so quickly; she didn’t have time to swerve or hit the brakes. All she could do was grip the steering wheel tighter and hope for the best. The next thing she knew, her car was airborne. Even though all, 4 wheels came off the ground, due to her driving over the huge, black figure, miraculously, she landed in her lane and never lost control of her car. Maine has 17 million acres of forest, 3,500miles of coastline, 6,000 lakes and ponds, as well as 5,000 rivers and streams that are filled with salmon, trout, bass, pickerel, and perch. The terminus for the Appalachian Trail and 92 miles of the Allagash Wilderness are also in Maine. In fact, Maine has the highest percentage of its land covered by forests, compared to any other state in the union. 90% of the state is covered by forests. Those resources make for a very welcoming habitat for Dogmen, unfortunately, as tonight’s guest, Mary, found out 46 years ago. You see, Mary lives in the beautiful mountains of Western Maine and 1 evening, just after dusk, in 1976, she was driving home, after dropping her husband off at work. She was driving down Route 2 West, through deep forest, and no other cars were in sight. It was nice out that evening, so she had her window down. Tonight’s guest, Maury Golden, comes from a family of truck drivers. His cousins drive truck, for a living, his father drove, and his uncle did too. Even his grandfather and great grandfather drove over the road trucks, for a living. Between all of his family members who make a living behind the wheel of a truck or made their living behind the wheel of 1, there are a lot of amazing experiences to share. None of them compares to the experience Maury had, late 1 night, at a lonely truck stop, in Alabama, though. Maury found himself standing face to face with a 600-pound Dogman and as if that wasn’t bad enough, the Dogman did something that made the experience even more disturbing. It did something Maury didn’t know it could do. What it did next just made Maury’s encounter that much worse. Maury’s encounter only lasted about 10 seconds, but he’ll be the 1st to tell you, it seemed to him like it lasted for 10 minutes. When tonight’s guest, Rory McGoldrick, was in his teens, his father relocated the family to Georgia. Not long after moving to Georgia, with his family, Rory started to notice something very unnerving. Late at night, while playing video games, back then, he started to hear tapping sounds on a window by where he’d sit. Rory describes what he’d hear as sounding like a nail tapping on the glass. This went on every night, for months, before it stopped. He never did pull the drapes back, to try and see what was doing it, because he didn’t want to know what was doing it. In mid-June, of 2007, tonight’s guest, Ben, went night fishing with his friends, Jay and “D,” where a creek wound through the outskirts of Oswego, Indiana. The place where they decided to fish was secluded and by an abandoned house that had been sitting empty for some time. No one wanted to buy the house due to a murder-suicide incident that had happened there years prior. Unfortunately, a man who lived there had killed his family, in the house, and then taken his own life. Knowing the house’s dark history gave it an extra creepy vibe and understandable so. Ben and his friends had been fishing at that spot numerous times before, both during the day and at night, without incident. That wasn’t going to be the case, this time, though. On the night when Ben’s encounter happened, he and his friends found themselves running as fast as they could, in sheer terror, in an attempt to get away from a Dogman that made its presence known. Ben’s friend, “D,” who was 6’8” tall and almost 400 pounds, was pleading for Ben and

Tonight’s guest, Alex, has been interested in Dogmen for a long time now. The problem is, apparently, Dogmen are interested in him too! And that’s not the kind of attention most people would want. You see, Alex has had 3 Dogman encounters. His first 1 happened when he was just 7 years old, so he had an early start when it comes to interacting with Dogmen. That 1st encounter happened when he was somewhere most kids feel very safe. Unfortunately, the Dogman that paid him a visit that night shattered any sense of safety he had. To this day, he can’t sleep without a light on, and he has a strong aversion to being in the woods after dark. When you’ve had as many Dogman-related experiences as he’s had, however, it’s totally understandable that he’d have those hang-ups. If you ask her which type of cryptid she’d pick, if she had to choose between having a Dogman encounter or an encounter with a Sasquatch, she’d tell you that she’d choose a Sasquatch encounter, any day, over having another encounter with a Dogman, because her Dogman encounter scared her to death! Tonight’s guest, David Bunt, is a farmer, in Cheshire, England who takes exception to people saying that Dogmen couldn’t be extant in the U.K. That’s because he’s had multiple encounters with them. While it’s true that he’s had multiple encounters with Dogmen, due to how much trouble he has talking about his encounters, he’s only going to share the details of his 1st encounter, on tonight’s show. Even though Dave was in amazing shape when he had his 1st encounter, he was so terrified, he thought he was going to have a heart attack, when he was trading gazes with that Dogman. Instead of walking away, the best he could do was crawl away. Before he had that 1st encounter, David loved nothing more than going to the most remote areas he could find and camping there. Tonight’s guest, Abdullah EL Khatib, is a 1st generation Arab American, who was born in Boston, but when he was 4 years old, his family decided to move to the Middle East. He’s half Palestinian and half Jordanian, so they moved to Jordan. When Abdullah was 10 or 11 years old, he visited his grandfather’s olive farm. His grandfather’s farm was a beautiful place, with a nice home, a swimming pool, and a lot of land. After having dinner, with his family, 1 Friday night, he decided to walk down a hill behind his grandfather’s house to where all of the animals were kept, to look at them. When he started heading back to the house, he heard a deep growling sound that let him know he wasn’t alone. This wasn’t 1 of his grandfather’s animals, however. None of them were over 10 feet tall or walked on 2 legs. This thing WAS that tall and DID walk on 2 legs. When Abdullah 1st saw it, it was at a distance. Tonight’s guest, Dwayne, has been tramping around in the woods his whole life, so he’s got woods credentials a mile long. After spending so much time in the woods of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, he thought he’d seen every kind of animal that lived there. Well, on November 17th, 2012, he found out how wrong he was about that. You see, Dwayne was deer hunting, in a blind, he had put 25 feet up in a huge pine tree. He had cut off some of its branches, so he’d have a window to look out. He sat in that blind all day, up until around 6 PM, without anything out of the ordinary happening. Around that time, though, Dwayne heard something that sounded like a woman, with a deep voice, let out an extremely loud yell, followed by a deep growl. At 1st, he thought it must have been a really big bear vocalizing because it was hungry. She was laying in her bed by a window that night, at her grandparent’s home, in La Puente, California, at the end of a cul de sac, when it happened. It wasn’t different from any other night until her dog, Bear, woke her up going crazy. After waking up to the commotion Bear was making, she looked around in an attempt to determine why Bear was so upset. It wasn’t long before she realized why he was acting that way. She realized that she had an unwanted visitor, and the visitor was merely inches away from her! She cried out to her mother, but when she did that, the visitor stood up to its full, massive, height. Desperate as she was, she called out to her mom again, and when her mom didn’t come, she hid under her covers, praying it would just leave her alone and go away. In 1989, tonight’s guest, Christopher, was working for an outfitter that was based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that did a lot of canoe trips into the Atchafalaya Basin. The Atchafalaya Basin is the largest wetland and swamp in the United States. It contains the largest contiguous block of forested wetlands in the Lower Mississippi River Valley. Needless to say; there are a lot of areas in the Atchafalaya Basin that people rarely go to. Back then, Christopher’s boss decided that he wanted to get together with a famous, local photographer and teach people how to shoot photography in the wild. They decided to use a place called Belle River as a starting point. On a Monday evening, in late spring of 1989, Christopher, his boss, and the photographer drove about an hour south, from Baton Rouge to the Belle River area and set up camp after getting there. Tonight’s guest, Todd, is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When Todd was growing up, he and his friends used to spend as much time as possible in the woods. His love of the woods ended 1 day, in October, of 1980. He lived across the street from the 24th Armored Division of the Army Reserve. Back then, the Army Reserve’s property wasn’t fenced in, so Todd and his friends used to spend a lot of time exploring the woods over there. 1 day, while looking for a BMX track that he heard about, with his friend, Keith, the 2 of them were stalked by something that Todd describes as looking like something straight out of your worst nightmare.
