She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana and had the honor of working for Slovenian State TV as a Writer & Director of different cultural programs and for the Slovenian CNN branch. She came to Los Angeles on a Fulbright Scholarship to study at CalArts where she earned her MFA in film and video. Currently, she directs feature films, short films, documentaries and video art installations which have won various awards and grants.
