Sneakers. We love you. One of Wausau’s mainstays, Eastbay, celebrated it’s 35 birthday in 2015. To this day, they host an annual sneaker sale each summer. What’s it all about? How has it grown? Has it grown? In this episode, we’re discussing it’s past and present — plus, lots of sneaker love.

Pacquiao vs. Mayweather has been billed as the “fight of the century” since the last century. It’s finally here! We’re excited, but how many Wausau folks are excited? We’re talking boxing, bartenders, and people-watching during our “Night of the Century”.

Summer is festival season in the Midwest. Like you, we sit around and talk and grouse about what we love, and hate in festivals. And what we want to see.

In this episode we discuss frugality — most notably along the river bank of west-side Wausau. City officials have repeatedly discussed plans to renovate and “spruce up” those near-downtown areas, which they consider a part of the River District in Wausau, but have yet to make good on the recommendations.
