Limit Break Radio: A Radio Returns - A Weekly Final Fantasy Xiv (ffxiv) Podcast

This week on LBR, it’s all positive thoughts and criticisms as the cast talks about possible outcome of Palace of the Dead, a new dynamic event that caters to a more casual player but has room for hardcore growth. Likened to FFXI’s Salvage and Nyzul Isle, LBR thinks this is exactly what the game has been waiting for. But might it go the way of Diadem and see little to no use? Plus, we get a surprise call from PAX with JoeNeverFails and fan Malkythera!

On todays show, we go to square one with how all this drama started, Mithrie Menethil. You may know him best as a crafter and content creator, but Reddit will have you believing something else entirely. He joins the show to explain his side of things, talk about LBR stole the spotlight and how to put it all behind us. Kallo also tells a cautionary tale about ‘Crafting Cartels’ and what Square Enix should do to protect crafters from harassment.

Things get bat shit crazy this week on LBR. Sonomaa from BlueGartr joins the crew to talk an interview he did with the World First Progression team Elysium. Then the hosts pose the question, just how qualified must you be to hold an opinion om the matter? Does the LBR staff itself have the authority to speak on such matters? So we open up our phones lines to hear what YOU have to say. Plus, we discuss popular FFXIV and Gaming YouTuber Mithrie and the criticism he’s facing for turning to the community in a time of need, so the crew responds to the criticism. Buckle up. Not only is the LBR crew down one Kallo Landis, but the studio is MIA due to technical difficulties!
