A very famous great uncle and a famous father, but John Divers Jr's career is worth recognising and remembering. A player from the Jimmy McGrory era, working with Jock Stein in the reserves before one final season at Celtic with Jock at the helm of the first team. He left us right before the Golden Era. He scored 102 goals in 232 games. An interesting man by all accounts who played one small but significant role in the domination that followed his own time.
