Spoiler: Darren won but the real winner was Jonathan Luke who managed to get a winning draw vs. Dan.  Darren "submariner" Parkes jumped from 3rd to 1st and avoided the two best players... just saying.. A Kings of War (KoW) podcast, with Nick, Jon, Dan and Matt.  Episode 8 and the team are joined by Chris Nicholls, owner of Macrocosm Miniatures.  Macrocosm's Short Wars range of Goblins, Halflings and Dark Dwarfs are a great fit for KoW.    Chris is returning to KoW events this year and has Dan in his cross-hairs.  With an impressive record of 1 win, 1 loss and 1 draw vs. the champion, Chris feels he's the player to take the challenge to Dan in 2016. And there is some history between the two of them, Chris came 4th at the first CoK event and he's not at all bitter about his loss to Dan that cost him £750.. A Kings of War (KoW) podcast, with Nick, Jon, Dan and Matt.  Episode 5, and the team have left Jon on his own with Darren Parkes (he came second in Clash of Kings in case you need any reminding).  Darren is on the call for the "live" 1st round draw for his Steel City Kings event on the 13th December in Sheffield.  Although the draw has been made, players can still register (safe in the knowledge that both Darren and Dan have opponents already!).  The army lists will be uploaded to our Facebook page (link below)... once the illegal lists have been sorted out!
