Radio Redux

They met as adversaries... A monster made them married... A secret agent: immaculate, intelligent, a rookie... They call him only AAUK... His identity - a mystery. Or perhaps not, let hope playboy cop Echo Hawk doesn't rip his balls off.

It's the final show before the big day, if not the biggest day of ArchangelUK and Echo Hawk's lives. They're geting married! But before Echo becomes Mrs. AAUK there's some cool music and chat to get through first.

No Sonic Hour? No problem. ArchangelUK's about to head off on the trip of a lifetime to Italy to nose around the Ferrari museum as part of the OutRun The Rest competition from later in the year. But first he has to do a show of course...

Everybodies heard about the bird, the birdbirdbird is the word. Don't you know about the word? Everyone knows its T-Bird's B-birthday.

"Will you stop recording that radio show lord? I'm trying to get to sleep!" Echo Hawk would hibernate if you gave her half a chance, but for some reason today she's especially tired... so much so she's fallen asleep on the bed directly behind AAUK. This could make the doing the show kinda difficult...

09/09/09 marked ten years of the Dreamcast - but it also marked ten years for Sonic Adventure. AAUK and Echo Hawk discuss the impact of the title and play some appropriate SA1 tunes.

ArchangelUK has apparently been hit on the head with a saucepan and stuffed in a sack... so Echo Hawk drums up a special guest host fresh from success at Summer of Sonic 2009 - and his somewhat more talkative puppet.

In what can only be described as one of the dumbest moves ever, its the night after Summer of Sonic 2009 and despite litterally falling unconscious as soon as he got through the door, ArchangelUK has insisted that the show must go on! Especially as the third member of Team Wrecks, Blake Draco, is staying with them. Wait... who's going to do the show notes?!

Banishment! There are six days to go until Summer of Sonic 2009 and ArchangelUK is tired and Echo Hawk has raised his ire by in a case of "I (repeatedly) told you so." Completely miscounted the beads needed for the giant comic and as a result he is rushing around getting expensive express deliveries sorted. AAUK is not pleased and Echo is banned from the studio.

With 13 days to go until Summer of Sonic 2009 and far too much to do AAUK along with Echo Hawk shoot the breeze on all manner of topics - including the dreaded BEADS and AAUK makes the best Sonic Hour show EVER. But what is the Super Secret Thing of the Super Secret Thing?

Dreadknux is still not about and Top Gear has gone for the rest of the year so its a good time to do an old school Radio Redux episode. Double the length and double the crazy! Today though is a celebration of it being exactly one year to the day since Summer of Sonic 2008.

Dreadknux has vanished and is apparently suffering from some kind of injury, AAUK and Echo Hawk meanwhile are back from down south having just seen two different vicars in a matter of hours about very different things...

Sweet taco of Santa Moraco - there's only one month to go to Summer of Sonic 2009. As the workload begins to build how goes the giant SW comic and what of the rest of the SEGA news? Haven't you heard - a new Monkey Ball is coming!

AAUK has had enough Sonic for one week frankly and is sick to the back teeth of it all, as such the very last thing he wants to do is a radio show about blue hedgehogs. So that means its time for a little bird to fly solo.

Dreadknux and Roareye Black return with a brand new series of The Sonic Hour - everyone rejoice! Or alternatively you can wait for some real fun with AAUK and Echo on Radio Redux!

Top Gear has returned which of course traditionally means that everyone wants to go off and watch it at 8PM, so the show is cut back to an hour to celebrate. But does AAUK know who The Stig is?

Back to the usual and AAUK and Echo are back from AAUK's family home after discussing various future items. This week on the show ArchangelUK makes Angel Delight and Echo has insisted AAUK's Ocarina be brought back... so its not long before a tune is piped.
