Today I sat down with the owners of IMLI Restaurant to hear about their new restaurant here in Whittier. Owners Ashwini Jhaveri, Nish Jhaveri and Chef Nikhil Merchant have been working on this project since 2015 and they are on the verge of opening the first Indian Food restaurant in Whittier, California. We talk about how they came up with the concept and what we can expect when the restaurant opens in July 2021. It was a great interview and I look forward to trying Imli restaurant very soon.
