Strap yourselves in everyone, its a long show this week, and for good reason! This week we have a guest, namely Jon from the Nintenshow podcast to add a different perspective to all things Nintendo. We start the show by talking about what games we've been playing recently, including OlliOlli, Elliot Quest, Fire Emblem, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Persona 4 Golden and Xenoblade Chronicles 3D! Well here we are everyone, a brand new name but the same good old show! This week we tell you a bunch about new things going on with the Podcast including our new e-mail address, Twitter account and Artkwork! After the pre-amble we get to video games though! Bally continues his journey through Fire Emblem 7 which seems to be getting close to the end, and then is very positive on Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Nbz seems to have found an early GOTY contender with Ori and the Blind Forest, a Metroid inspired game that is gorgeous and great to play at the same time. Nbz also knocks another game off his backlog with Mega Man 3, and it may be the hardest game he's ever beaten! He discusses some of the new features and his general impressions of the system. He has also been playing a Wii U game in the form of Bit Trip Runner 2 and is pretty high on the indie runner. Another fortnight, another podcast! This week Bally dons his helmet and starts pea shooting in the Capcom classic Mega Man 2! He liked the game, which is more than he can say for most NES titles. Both Bally and Nbz have been playing the demo for Codename S.T.E.A.M. and their ambivalence has been quelled by this meaty taste test, its pretty great! Nbz has also been playing the sequel to 2013's Gunman Clive, Gunman Clive 2! Moreover thanks to a kind listener he's played Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor on PC. This will be a long one, so expect more updates on it in the future.
