This is one of six object analyses made with a group of young artists taking part in the workshop 'The Collective Subject of History' at Guttorm Guttormgaard's Archive in Blaker, Norway (June & September 2018). I (Jakob Jakobsen) invited six of the workshop participants to choose one or more objects from the Archive that we could use as a point of departure for a radio conversation. All conversations last around 30 min. Visual Artist Lara Ögel picked one of the worlds first children's picture books from 1686 called 'The World of Things Obvious to the Senses Drawn in Pictures’. 'Del Tercer Mundo' was a cinematic exhibition on the history of colonialism and the movement of the Third World with a story line in six scenes and total duration of c. 30 min. The exhibition was produced by a collective of young Cuban artists, filmmakers, architects, modelmakers, sound engineers, editors, electricians, photographers...etc

Mustafa fortæller om kvindernes særlige motivation for at tilslutte sig revolutionen der giver dem en helt konkret befrielse fra hverdagens traditionelle strukturer og samtidig skaber en ny politisk horisont. Han forklarer hvordan kvindebevægelsens kamp i Rojava adskiller sig fra den dominerende vestlige feminismes idealer om "ligestilling" men i stedet kæmper for en total befrielse fra hele det patriakalske kønssystem.

Regarding the relation between blackness and colonisation Wilderson said: 'Everyone that is colonised has got a problem. Everyone that is black is a problem.' Recorded during Wilderson's visit to Copenhagen May 2018 in relation to the launch of the book 'Sorthed' (Blackness) on Nebula Books.

Latife fortæller om den demokratiske konføderationen i Nord-syrien og om de mål for direkte demokrati som befolkningen arbejder efter. Hun fortæller om den kurdiske bevægelses historiske udvikling fra at være en del af de nationale befrielses kampe som kendetegnede afkolonialiseringens bevægelserne i 1960erne og 1970erne til i dag at have opgivet kravet om en national stat. Nu kæmper de for basis-demokratiske strukturer imod statsdannelse.

Reading Learning Session #1. Together with Bodil Krogh Andersen, Lea Anic, Camilla Fagerli, Mai Keldsen, Martin Lund, and Maja Liisberg Poulsen – a group of amazing students from the Royal Academy of Fine Art in Copenhagen – Maria Berrios and I (Jakob Jakobsen) are doing a collective reading of the speech delivered by Edmundo Desnoes, one of the cuban delegates at the Cultural Congress of Havana in January 1968. From this speech we also borrowed the title of the show in the Archive: 'We Are and We Are Not'.

We, Maria Berrios and Jakob Jakobsen, produced this soundtrack for a propaganda tower presented as part of our project "The Revolution Must Be A School of Unfettered Thought" at the Sao Paulo Biennale in 2014. Much of the material from our research and visit to Cuba will be on display at the Archive for the next two months. On the Hospital Prison University Radio you listen to unskilled voices. Far from the smooth confident dynamics of talk-radio, here people try and use the radio to touch things and one another. As you can hear I am constantly struggling to find the words Currently on the radio you can hear a conversation between psychiatrist Birgit Bundesen and I, Jakob Jakobsen. I invited her to help me understand the Hospital Prison University Archive, and we partake in a sort of institutional analysis, trying to make sense of what kind of violence and repression are hiding under the floorboards of this institution. Birgit works in a hospital within the Danish National Health Service. I was initially in touch with her when she approached me to tell me that one of her patients suffering from psychosis was listening intensely to the Hospital Prison University Radio. We talk about safe space and care as an escape from the structured situation of the therapy session, among other things. Being at the Hospital Prison University

Anti-radio on air! Listen to almost two hours of drop-in LIVE poetry reading at the Hospital Prison University Archive. It was a live transmission from 8pm to 10 pm Saturday March 3 2018. The people who dropped by red from the stash of nominated poetry on finance that we have been receiving and collecting during last week.

Lyt til Christina Wilson og Honza Hoeck fortælle om realiseringen og salget af Toves. Toves var et af kunstscenens hippeste gallerier i begyndelsen af 10erne, men i 2017 besluttede kunstnerne bag projektet at sælge. I samarbejde med Christina Wilson Art Adversary opgjorde de Toves 'assets' og nåede frem til en samlet pris på kr. 825.000,-. De primære værdier bestod af sociale netværk og i salgsprospektet bliver det nøje opført med navns nævnelse hvem og hvor mange følgere Toves har på diverse sociale medier. Alt dette var en del af pakken. Og vi kan afsløre, at et salg er ved at være i posen. Lyt med og hør hvem der slog til.

Her i opløbet af den aktuelle udstilling har vi inviteret Anna Ullman og Dominique Routhier i studiet for at forklare marxistisk værdikritik. Værdikritik er den nyeste tendens indenfor Marx læsningen og foreslår en fundamental kritik af pengeformen og vareformen. Værdikritik åbner et dystopisk landskab hvor kapitalismen er inde i sit endelige slutspil. Mange tak til Anna og Dominique for at dele deres viden og engagement!

Første gang keramiker Helle Nybo var i studiet fortalte hun hvordan hun voksede op med Kunst for Varer - og hvordan hendes far, billedhugger Johannes Hansen, byggede sit atelier-hus i Lyngby gennem materialer og tjenster som han byttede sig til gennem Kunst for Varer.
