Born In Miami George Alvarado a.k.a The Latenight Laboratory has made it's mark in music Industry since 1979. The Combine influence of DJing, Record label Owner, Music Store Owner, Producer and Remixer has placed him as a big part of the Underground Dance movement in South Florida. George is adept at shifting between Genres of Electronic Dance Music like House, Tech House & Techno. He is also driven by a relentless passion for music, striving to stay on top of the underground scene hes helped to grow in South Florida. George was the first DJ to spin Electronic dance music on commercial radio in South Florida. He continues to work towards building a Global Brand as a DJ/Producer/Remixer. RADIO MIX SHOW DJGeorge was featured on 4 Major Radio Stations like WPYM Party 93.1 Dance, WPOW Power 96 Dance, WSHE 103.5 Rock and WVUM 90.5. Alternative. George was the first DJ to spin Electronic dance music on commercial radio in South Florida. On Power 96 he started the Late Night Laboratory, which became the most listened to Electronic Mix show in South Florida. The Show was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, Timo Mass, Steve Lawler, David Waxman and John Digweed. The Show released a Mix CD that Sold 10,000 Copies in South Florida alone.LABEL OWNERBeing the First Underground Record Label in South Florida, He produced His first Underground 12" record called "House Your Body". George produced his first album under the pseudonym, Techman 1. Following this he released over 60 different projects with some legendary producers, such as, Noel Sanger, Robbie Rivera, Oscar G, Ralph Falcon, Peter Presta & Charles Webster (UK). Nitebeat Released Various CD Compilations all over the World in countries like BRAZIL, UNITED KINGDOM, JAPAN and GERMANY with labels like PARADOX, AVEX, SONY, LOGIC, and EXTREME. Nitebeat also dapped into Hip hop beats as well. The Label released all sorts of electronic music like Techno, House, Trip hop and Break beats. Their first CD Release was thru PANDISC music in the US. The Late Light Laboratory was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, John Digweed, Timo Maas, Steve Lawler just to name a few. Some of the venues that The Latenight Laboratory performed live were ULTRA, Club Space, Liquid, Club Atlantis, Kit Kat, Club Play, Baja, Club Q, Mission, Resort(West Palm Beach) and City1421 just to name a few. Every Saturday Night George Alvarado and DJ Liquid (DJ & Host)Would transform the airwaves from 2:00 till 4:00 AM ON 96.5 to a whole different level. The LATENIGHT LABORATORY along with 96.5FM were the first ones to play TRANCE music in crossover radio in South Florida. In 1999 a CD was realeased and sold over, 10,000 copies in South florida alone. Part of the proceeds went to the Joe Dimagio Childrens Foundation.
