Philippine-born and Northern California raised, QURE grew up on classic Bay Area hip/hop, influencing his interest in turntablism from a young age. He learned from one of the best DJs in Manila, Nix Damn P, and has been curating his own style of open format DJing for over a decade. In college, QURE co-founded Plural Music, a DJ company and record label with the mission of spreading good music around the world.
