This Roxbury, MA native delivered the goods in 2020, and is capping it off on Dec 29 with his THIRD album of the year, “SOUL IT MAY SEEM,” which is produced entirely by production duo SOULSLICERS. Mayhem lets us in on the time and care put into the creation of the project, why he decided to drop for a third time before the year is out and the new and familiar faces that show up from a feature standpoint - such as ED OG, AKROBATIK, BIG SHUG, and SKANKS THE RAP MARTYR to name a few. This producer, engineer and sound designer has not only been the man behind the curtain for the one and only FLEE LORD and the LORD MOBB movement the past few years, he’s one of the few good men left who have real rap history and the battle scars to prove it. We dive right into the most recent drop, “No More Humble Fashion,” which is the the ELEVENTH album Flee has dropped this year, what the twelfth album of this 12/12 run in 2020 will be (HAVOC, anyone?) and the experience only someone like French can bring to the table in order to pull off a literal Guinness Book of World Record’s event like this one.
