After a few months of being on the schedule to being taken off the schedule. We finally got around to review the next generation of killer doll movies with M3GAN. If you have seen any killer doll movie before then you are not missing anything here. M3GAN started with an interesting story but slowly turned into something we have all seen before. Nothing new was added to this genre and this is one to skip. On this podcast evil shall rise or fall depending on if you like the Evil Dead franchise. Jordan has bee on the record many times that he does not care for the franchise. So the trailers to Renfield looked good, but only the trailers. Nicholas Cage maybe is the best part about this movie and we all knew that. Same characters, same story, been there done that. The Mighty Ducks is the best movie every in the entire world. We all said that when we were younger but now some of us may have a different opinion, which Eric does. Sarah and Jordan try not to give into Eric's horrible but also kinda true sub text about the main character Gordon. The kids are fun and the story is so so but ducks will always fly. Netflix has done it again with All Quiet On The Western Front. OK you what we all know that nobody really reads this description so in light of that. Let's see if you all really read this. Movies we review movies. Fun movies, sad movies, funny movies and exciting movies. We upload a new episode every Thursday which we have been doing for years. That is until Jordan got a new job in which he has weekends off. So Jordan wanted to release the episodes on Tuesday but Eric and Jordan are such in a routine that Tuesday did not make sense at all. So with the Oscars over with we try every year to review the movie that won film of the year. This year the winner is Everything everywhere all at once. A movie that Jordan has never heard of and Eric has already seen.  This movie like every Oscar film of the year movie comes with the same question which is does this film deserve film of the year. A movie we thought we wanted but a movie that we should watch what we wish for. Cocaine Bear does win on some fronts however the negatives out weight the good. Jordan was so looking forward to this movie knowing that Cocaine Bear was not going to win any Oscars but Jordan was looking for a good time. For the second year in a row we get another Scream and so far so good. The Scream franchise is starting to have new life with a very fun cast. Ghostface is more brutal here but seems to pop up everywhere, could there be more than 2 killers? If you love Scream or just love a good who done it then Scream VI is the right choice. We have been waiting to review The Whale and it was worth the wait. Everything about this movie delivers to the higher level. Jordan is a big fan of the director and couldn't be more excited. It does seem that it has been awhile since we have reviewed Marvel. Maybe we are crazy but it does seem like it. Ant Man 3, who would of thought we would get an Ant Man 3? However we all said the same thing with Thor 3.  We are asking ourselves was this movie too soon to fully introduce Kang? Should the main villain just be MODOK? Is the new Cassie a good introduction? Do we like the Ant Family? (as we call it) We answer some of these question in this weeks episode. Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman together! Nothing can go wrong with Hook!!  Wonderful cast and a great director. Hook hits totally different now than when we were young. This movie has developed into having a cult following and we are proud to be a part of that following. Hook has its moments of not being 100% awesome but check this movie out, trust us it is fun. M. Night Shyamalan is back again with another what is he doing movie? Knock at the cabin has some very interesting characters. However the story is so been there done that. Our first movie review of 2023 and it maybe the best. We are puzzled with The Menu. This movie is strange but awesome at the same time. The characters are wonderful and the design of the film is spot on. If you have HBO MAX this is worth the watch but is it worth a large bag of popcorn? Guardians of the Galaxy, at one point the guardians were amazing. Now not so much. What is with this holiday special? It makes so sense that it is here. So many opportunities are missing.
