It'll become very obvious, very quickly that we didn't have a topic in mind for this episode. We ended up talking about a whole mess of stuff, including the Justice League, Donald Trump, Lightsabers and the kid from Looper. It's nonsense.

Neither of us was prepared for this one... With this single episode, Second Opinion moves from jovial film discussion podcast, to a therapy session. You can here the stress in both our voices as we spend 50 minutes trying to unpack this ugly, ugly film!

Apparently, we've been recording this podcast for so long that we're already on our second Halloween Special. In this episode, we talk about 'Trick 'r Treat', a Halloween anthology film from 2007, and Scott gets his hands on a soundboard....

We didn't have time to watch a full movie for this episode because we're both such busy boys, so we waffle on about quite a few things this time, including the current state of Disney, Night of the Hunter, and historical context in film. It's a crazy mish mash of random topics that hopefully makes for a good ole listen!

We're back baby! Scott and Danny in the same room for the first time in two months. Season 2! We're rebooting this podcast franchise with a brand new episode all about 'The Dark Tower', the latest Hollywood attempt to bring a beloved book series to the big screen that's ended in nothing but tears!

There's a new Alien film out and it's very passable so to celebrate, we're watching another Alien film that's very passable... Also, we discuss crossover films and think up a plot for John Wick meets The Terminator!

Danny didn't like the first Guardians of the Galaxy because he's stupid and weird...but what did he think of the newest entry in the Marvel franchise?

This episode is a little different in that we didn't have a topic in mind when we sat down to record. We just started talking and these are the ramblings that followed. Can't believe it's only been 5 years since 'Chronicle' was released and Krispy Kreme have already rebooted it with a bunch of MTV looking kids. Make sure you're buckled in for this hour long breakdown of a very middle of the road action movie...

We watched the rarely talked about comedy 'Dead Heat' from 1998 in which a dead cop comes back to life as a zombie and has to solve his own murder! We also talk about 'Lethal Weapon', the best films of 1998 and Scott's nostalgia for Tracey Beaker. Apologies for some of Danny's audio throughout this episode. We are currently trying to find a new and better way of recording so that this will hopefully stop happening.

I know what you're thinking. There can't be anything more to say about The Phantom Menace, right? To be honest, you're kind off right, but I really wanted to make Danny sit through this film because he detests it so much and because he once made me sit through Superman Returns a second time... Apologies for some of Danny's audio in this episode, it gets quite echoey at times, most notably in the first few minutes and towards the end. I hope it doesn't effect you're enjoyment to much!

I would like to apologize in advance for what you're about to listen to. I (Scott) had a really bad cold at the time of recording and it's pretty noticeable how much I would rather be in my bed instead of talking about this film. Alas, I pushed through, even if Danny says most of the interesting and informative stuff while I just ramble in between coughs and sniffles. Anyway, we're talking about 'The Great Wall'.
