I am still working on AB5 Over the last few days I have been working on getting clarifications on AB5 as it relates to independent contractors, licensed healthcare professionals. I wrote a letter to Assemblyman Philip Chen (R) in Orange County where my cient is located. Their response was not helpful and they gave me a link to a commercial website that is using AB5 to get business. So that was not helpful. I then responded with a lengthy view of the law and what needs to be changed. Two days ago I sent a letter to the California Labor Board and the Industrial Board to ask for clarification on the law. To this date - no response. I also sent an email to the Chief of Staff of Assemblywoman Lorane Gonzalez who is the writer of AB5. Direct your mail to her. To this date - no response. I also went online to the state legislative website where you can comment on bills. I left a comment - no response. It appears that the State of California wishes just to pass laws without hearing from Californians. Ho

They attacked the President with a political impeachment, they are demanding higher taxes, they are pushing a socialist political agenda. As of January 1, 2020, anyone who works as an independent contractor in California a new law known as AB 5 will force companies to reclassify them as employees. This law, written by Assemblywomen Lorane Gonzalez has attacked and many people are loosing their side gig jobs, and even full time consulting jobs, because of this very badly written bill. The State was so thirsty for more tax dollars that they wrote a badly written bill that does harm to many individuals and families. Some companies have eliminated these gig jobs and that has hurt many Californians. This law needs to be repealed and done away with. This is what happens when you allow a government to become socialist in nature, it is the view of the government that taxes are vital to pay for all of the programs they need funding for. Over the weekend all we heard from Nancy Pelosi and all the Democrats on how bad it was to take out a terrorist that had attacked America. We were under attack, the President responded with force, it killed General Soleimani, second in command of Iran. He flew into Iraq to organize more attacks on American assets. The President did the right thing. But the astonishing thing is that the Democrats through their hate of Trump were trying to protect Soleimani. They cried, they said we were going into a third world war to scare Americans. They did not support America, they didn't try to protect America from Terrorist, instead they were in support of the Terrorist Soleimani. The President was right in his actions. There will not be a world war, no one has to sign up for the draft, we are not going to war. However, as a strong America we will respond to attacks from the terrorist nation of Iran. The WSJ did an article this morning on the debt that the middle class has accumulated. They are spending above their means. They are not focused on thinking about other options before they buy and add debt onto it. Debt grows because people are not thinking. They want, they lust over stuff, and say to themselves - i can take out a loan or put it on my credit cards. Adam Schiff on MSNBC says he has found evidence to start the investigation on Pence. He has been given evidence. So, let's look at this. Trump gets impeached, they hold the impeachment papers to go to the Senate for Trial, and now they start investigating Pence. This is a coup. They want to take both the President and Vice President down and get rid of both of them at the same time. To have a coup you have to have a schemer. You have Pelosi and Schiff driving this scheme. Then they use everyone around them to propagandize the movement (the Congress). And then they slowly start taking people down so they can gain power and take over the government.
