Another week of hearings in the Judiciary Committee on Impeachment. Different committee but same topic. Remember to listen very well. Do the Democrats continue with their political agenda to impeach or will there be a real constitutional argument. If they are pushing a political argument, their word to use to impeach the President on, then they have no constitutional basis. Congress doesn't get to set the impeachment rules to impeach on, they have to follow the constitution and the rule of law. Don't believe them when they say they have that power, they don't. We need to move on, the country is waiting for a trade bill to be passed, a drug bill, infrastructure bill, and bills that will help the American people. For three years now the Democrats have only pushed impeachment, they have preached it every single day since the President took his oath of office. I don't think the history of Thanksgiving is taught the story of Thanksgiving. This is a federal holiday started by the Pilgrims as a harvest dinner, giving thanks for the bounty of the harvest. George Washing, by a request of Congress, was started as a proclamation. It wasn't until Abraham Lincoln that made it an official holiday for the United States. It is celebrated on the 4th Thursday of every November. Now, we as Americans, celebrate the holiday, with family and friends getting together to be thankful and be with people we love. Adam Shiff in his closing statement at the end of today's hearing sounded like an emotional child. Emotions, raising of voice, pouting because he didn't like what people said. However, with this emotional outburst had no legal standing for impeachment. This nation deserves better, not a Schiff who is so emotional but has not legal standing. No one testified to what laws were broken. No one testified on the constitutionality of impeachment. But what we heard was hearsay.and no evidence that supports impeachment. Americans have to ask their members of Congress, why are you wasting tax dollars, how many millions of dollars have been spent on impeachment. All to play politics. This surly was not a legal issue because no legal concerns were brought forward with documentation. This whole impeachment has been known since day one of the election of the President. We have been seeing this for three straight years. In these three years not one law was broken by the President. Not one legal argument. Just

We heard Ambassador Sondland testify yesterday and got the Democrats all fired up. After the first 30 minutes of testimony the Democrats thought they had big time testimony that made Trump a criminal. They zoomed out to the press in a break and went to the press, damning the President. However, under cross examination everything that was said was destroyed by Sondland admitting there was NO Pre-Condition to anything, no nothing, no bribery, no illegal acts. The Democrats were so damaged that they all had mud on their faces based on their failure to wait for the entire testimony. The Democrats argument was dead. The economy is very strong at the moment, unemployment is way down, and consumer and business have confidence in the economy. However, that could change depending who is in power in Washington and any pull back by Americans afraid of what could happen if the wrong people get into power. Alexander Vidman was a employee who worked for the United States in a role that probably he should not have been in that position. He really thought he was someone. He forgot that Trump is the President, the President sets foreign policy, not Mr. Vidman. He thought he was the only expert for Ukraine. However, he bypassed his supervisor, he leaked the information, he talked to people about the phone call. He heard something different from everyone else on the call. He blew it up. He even talked to a person that he can't even say the name, Schiff protects him from saying the name, because we all now know it is the Whisleblower. This leads us to believe that Vidman is the source of this whole mess used by members of the coup. Even the whisleblowers attorney endorses a coup. Day three of the impeachment hearings just opened up more doubt about the roles of the Schiff and Mr. Vidman with the whisleblower. Dirty rotten politics and unconstitutional. I have been getting a lot of calls from clients about Social Security calling them warning them that they may have warrents out on them and someone is using their SS number. All fraud, SS never calls. Also, we are going to talk about the difference between whole life and term life policies, cost differences and other issues. Take your Democrat and Republican hats off, put your hate to the side. Your constitution is under attack through hearsay, lies and a resistance movement to destroy America. To divide America at all costs. Our legal rights are being replaced by political accusations, hearsay, rummer - but no rules of law. Put yourself in the seat of the accused, you have no way to prove your innocents, your prosecutor and judge is endorsing your guilt and giving you no way to prove your innocents. We can't even confront our accuser, we can't read any documents of evidence, we can't even present our own witnesses. We are screwed by a corrupt politician and our rights have been thrown out. I have been advising my listeners on getting ready for your tax return for 2019. Goodness, today what we heard was an HR hearing of a Ambassador and her being relieved of her duties, by her boss, the President. She even agreed that the President has the right to relieve her of her duties. She didn't lose her job, she still has her job. All Americans should go to google and print out the constitution. You need to go and read the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th amendments that protect our legal rights. Then as the Democrats ask their questions and present their hearsay witnesses, refer to the Constitution and ask if the Democrats are in compliance with the Constitution. Remember, if the Democrats Speaker says that the President is guilty without seeing both sides of evidence attacks the Constitution and all of our legal rights. If they are presenting hearsay witnesses and not allowing the President to confront the witness, they have attacked the constitution of the United States. Put your politics to the side. Put how you feel about the President to the side. And only focus on the constitution, are the Democrats following the constitution.
