Bombshell Jackets - The Division Podcast

Remy and Sage relax this week and talk about their time spent playing Blackout. Tinkkz had to run around a bunch for a trip and we wanted to get an episode out. She gave us permission to be nerds for about an hour. INITIATING BROTOCOL.

Caleb McCallister, former host of the original Division podcast, Smartwatch, comes out of retirement to talk some D. He hosts Geeksquatch now-a-days, which is a nostalgia podcast. He also reminds us how we should really be doing our podcast intros. Mike is on the show in spirit allowing us to discuss his Twitter thread about location for the upcoming sequel. Wait, does that mean Mike is secretly the fifth host of the show now?! GL HF.

1.8.1 is live and we're talking about some of those changes you were wondering about. We're also pretty deep into FarCry 5 as it turns out, except for Remy, he's a voyeur and just watching it. Chat of the Game makes a triumphant return to the show and Tinkkz & Sage have to deal with Clutch Nixon comments. He's not even in The Division, put your head back on straight Rem! Tinkkz, Rem and Sage get together to talk about the current happenings of their lives. Patch 1.8.1 will be along shortly and they decided for the time being to wait until they play it to talk about it more in depth. This week was a light & fluffy discussion regarding E3, The Division 2 hopes and Egyptian history. Wait, is that last one actually a thing? GL HF!

We're fresh off a fresh Division 2 announcement that is pretty fresh. Not Bel Air fresh, dear listener, but still fresh none the less. We're actually being paid to use the word 'fresh' as much as possible in this description thanks in part to a non-existent sponsorship from AquaFresh. Boris and Ole come back on to the show again this week, in which we were going to continue our conversations from the previous week. We couldn't due to Ubisoft Massive throwing a wrench in our plans, the horror. The horror.

Apache Chief, writer of the 1.8 Division Guidebook, comes on the show to talk about how this document became a thing. He had to learn Google Doc formatting and everything! Tinkkz, Rem & Sage got to ask a lot of their silly questions they normally wouldn't about items for your benefit. Tinkkz, Remy, Sage & Eidolon are really grinding some Division this week. They're also day drinking, which is a real treat when you're an adult and get that special kind of 'me' time. Well, 'us' time, really. The group is doing some Party Chat this week as they play through Global Event: Ambush. GF HL!

Listener favorite Ahmad returns to the show to talk about his experience so far with 1.8. Ahmad also has some changes he'd like to see in the future. Tinkkz has wine, Sage has rainbows and unicorns, Remy has rage, as per usual. Times are good.

He brought his protractor, compass and trapper keeper filled with his notes about his thoughts on the current state of the global event economy. This is a real treat as it's some of the nerdiest stuff you could ever dream of.

Our podcast got hijacked by community favorite Matt Shields this week. You're probably familiar with his Hunter cosplay and the persona he plays out on Twitter, now you get to hear him speak on the show. He's talking about cosplay, his trip to Sweden and more. There's a lot to talk about between yours hosts this week: Sometimes you need to bring to light the lack of comfortableness we have as a community. This is one of those times and that is what this show is about this week. Hopefully this can be seen as a sounding board to get people to talk more constructively about our frustrations. This is not a game bashing episode... Because there’s still so much to love about this game.

rxlyaT a.k.a. Taylor joins Rem & Sage this week to do a super casual episode of the show. They're just talking about PTS, Halloween, Rogue 2.0 and more in no particular format. Formats are for nerds.

1.8 is now live on the PTS and your hosts have some thoughts. Join Tinkkz, Rem & Sage as they look through a lot of the changes and additions to the game. Underground is getting some updates along with a true PVP mode in Skirmish. The community either loves it or hates it.
