  • Episode 14: William "J.Dubb" Smith

    06/12/2016 Duración: 02h34min

Behind every smile, there's a story and there are very few people in this world with a smile as big, and a story as powerful as William "J.Dubb" Smith. In life, the accumulation of our experiences truly make us who we are and lead us in the direction of who we will ultimately become, which couldn't be more true in J.Dubbs case. So many people know Dubb for his personality, work ethic, and his seemingly endless pursuit of greatness, regardless of the medium. Very few people know the intimate account of how the man became the myth, known as "Lifestyle." Join us as we take you through the depths of his childhood and the journey of his career. Very few have accomplished what he has, just as very few have had such a profound impact on the lives of those around them. It is with great honor that we bring you the story of one of Noushy's most influential mentors, we repeat WILLIAM "J.DUBB" SMITH. • Episode 13: Ely Alexander

    29/11/2016 Duración: 01h49min

Ely doesn't fit under most doorways (dude is a GIANT), let alone life's conventional path. He leads each day by following his gut, and creating opportunities that fit, rather than molding to the status quo. Ely left high school at 15, was enjoying frat life by 16, and started his business, Retrospec Bicycles, before college was over. It wasn't that he was trying to make a buck - Ely saw there was a void that needed to be filled, an idea that could relate to everyone, and a way for him to bring his love for the outdoors to the world. It's easy to get caught up in the office grind, and living through most days without even going outside. So on this episode, join us as we hop on our bikes, roll through these streets, and enjoy this gorgeous world.  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Now that we've made it interactive, let us tell you our perspective from our 2 hours with David Dann, the mind behind Mind Of A Genius Records. Ready? Good. Here we go. The mind of a genius is a blank slate, curious enough to wonder, bold enough to question, and ultimately vulnerable enough to become. The journey is about becoming. Genius' are crazy enough to believe they can. Insert David Dann. The little engine that could, and would. The kid who loved music ever since he was a kid. Why? Because it affected him and made an impact. It was an escape. The escape became a desire to create. The desire became an unrelenting belief in the possibility of turning dreams into reality and ultimately an obsession with understanding that he had to hold himself accountable for making them come to life, as opposed to just waking up "inspired by the thought of them."
