Danny Baker- Radio presenter tweeted the image with a Chimpanzee and two people. This image has been used a lot of times to throw ridicule at say the royal family or celebrities.  When the royal baby is of mix heritage due to Meghan Markle family heritage, it can be viewed a whole different way.     Danny Baker took the tweet down within 8 mins but the damage was already done.
