So in this episode spoke to Andy Brittain Ex-Olympic Coach, his message Life without limits.   Since leaving Olympic coaching he's turned his attention to coaching people's bucket dreams and also other coaches.   Andy Brittain who coaches in both Cardiff and Birmingham is a throws specialist and has repeatedly demonstrated his coaching abilities in the throws circle. Olympic athletes such as Brett Morse and Ingmar Vos are testimony to Andy’s proficiency as a throws coach. To make this occasion even more special for Andy, his young athlete Adele Nicoll will join Andy at the Championships as a competitor.
