This week on nation, we are going to talk all about finding your customer. Once you find out who your customer is, it’s much easier to sell window cleaning to them. An avatar is who your majority Customer is. It’s not an exact representation of everybody, but who mainly buys from you. If you can speak to them directly, you’ll have the best ROI you can have. It’s like targeting Facebook ads. If you connect with the people who are looking for your service and talk to them and terms, they can understand, you are going to skyrocket your ROI. Well, this week we talk all about the age-old concept of price vs value. It's one piece to the business puzzle that hurts the most I think. People are always talking about the price, I mean, it's on a daily basis if you are on Facebook. But no one talks about value. Price just doesn't matter if you are in the ballpark. Even when that is something that you may feel is too high, you need to focus on value. When there is value you aren't focused on price.
