The 2nd Annual Star Wars Half Marathon weekend 1/15-1/17 in Anaheim, CA was a rousing success! Richard and Sarah completed 19.3 miles while flying through the streets of Disneyland and recorded fun sound bytes along the way. Joining our recap is author Russ Flores (Seen, Unseen Disneyland). We have the complete pleasure of bringing you a wonderful conversation with STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS actors and power couple Gloria and Vincent Garcia. They were on set for a full month as they shot the exciting opening scene of the film. Gloria Garcia was lucky enough to play the first female you see, looking fiercely protective of her village as Poe runs behind her to his X-Wing. Their energy matched our own and it’s a conversation not to be missed. FULL UNCUT AUDIO from STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Global Press Conference which took place in Los Angeles on December 6th, 2015. Every big name involved in the movie, except Mark Hamill (huh...), was in attendance. Listen in for some GREAT interviews with our first 45-minute panel consisting of J.J. Abrams, Carrie Fisher, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Lupita Nyongo and Lawrence Kasdan. The second panel started 10 minutes later and consisted of (fangirlflail!) Harrison Ford, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie and Kathleen Kennedy. Mindy Kaling was a great moderator and asked, thankfully, different questions than we've been hearing all week. We were seated in the front row, got GREAT pics and audio, and could hardly contain our excitement.
