A unanimous verdict was unattainable in the Emanuel Lopes trial after nearly two weeks of deliberation. Lopes was charged with the murder of a Weymouth Police Sergeant and an innocent bystander. Judge Beverly Cannone declared a mistrial today and Dan discussed the case.

Dan kicked off the show with an examination and exploration of today’s top stories with various experts and reporters.
