WRBH 88.3 FM, Radio for the Blind and Print Handicapped, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is the only full-time reading service on the FM dial in the United States. At WRBH, our mission is to turn the printed word into the spoken word so that the blind and print handicapped receive the same ease of access to current information as their sighted peers.You can also download our shows weekly from Itunes or your favorite podcasting app by searching WRBH Reading Radio Original Programming.

Anne interviews two-time Louisiana Poet Laureate and LEH Humanitarian of the Year, Darrell Bourque to discuss @narrative4, a storytelling exchange non-profit he helped found. The exchange features a unique format in which participants partner up and tell each other a story that is profoundly important to them as a human being. Then they switch. One tells the others’ story to the group, in first-person, as they heard it. As you hear your story as it’s reflected in a first-person account by someone else, an identity-merging effect is produced. The process also enables you to enter someone else's narrative, making it impossible to feel alien or Other.
