It's here. The make it or break it film of the DC Cinematic Universe. Did they hit a home run of strike out looking? This week we reviewed the new Marvel Cinematic Universe film directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok. At 17 films in the MCU, Marvel is bound to run into some problems but despite the usual issues, Taika Waititi manages to inject some of his much needed humor into the third Thor film. We also get into the possible Lord of the Rings tv series, the live action Lion King cast announcement, a whole lot of Disney news including their ban on the LA Times, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and their possible purchase of Fox, all while rounding out the episode with our content of the week.
