In episode 120 of Film Focus, I return to my discussion about games that were turned into live-action films with VideoGame Adaptations Part 2! So what does this type of episode entail? Well to put it simply, I take a bunch of video game films and discuss: 1) When they came out 2) Their pros and cons 3) How they were adapted from their source material In Part 1 I covered the first wave of adaptations from Super Mario Bros. to Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, and in this episode, I'll be discussing video game films that were released between 2001-2010. Now I have liked each of MonsterVerse films so far, some more so than others, but admittedly I wasn't too excited for Godzilla vs. Kong because of the way the universe had been set up so far.
