Sinopsis
Feminist.Glad we got that out of the way.My past exists in worn notebooks filled with stories of teen angst and the seedlings of an identity. I've been a writer for as long as I can remember, though I must admit it irks me when people say that. In 2010, I created Kiss My Angeles and it has since served as a digital timeline of my life's continued exploration. From my first job at 15 to my continuously expanding marketing, events, and media portfolio, I've been preparing to battle a faceless villain. In reality, I've been fighting him my entire life. As a career-driven woman born to an immigrant Lebanese family, the villain underscored my accomplishments and backlit my failures. He was my second shadow. In the years since I launched Kiss My Angeles, my work in "male-dominated" industries has forced the once-elusive villain to show his cards, one by one. Today, as Marketing Director and Event Coordinator of an artist collective, I've grown confident enough to stand on the front lines of the women's empowerment movement and look the villain in the face. And though my work continues, in one small sense I've already won.I hope to inspire an army of women to stand up and sharpen their swords, and I live for the day when we won't have to carry one.

Ep001: What Did Your Ex Teach You?
25/09/2016 Duración: 01h07minI'm so thrilled to debut the first episode of the Kiss My Angeles podcast. As an evolving person, my feminism can't be defined in black and white terms or literal stances on specific subjects. As a women, I'm learning more about myself, and about what it means to be a woman in this world, every single day. It's because of those experiences, and the questions I had to find answers to, that I'm on this path. This podcast is meant to follow the journey and ebb and flow with the ripples of growth and new interactions. I want to create a positive platform for dialogue. It seems the respectful exchange of ideas and opinions is drowning in a digital battlefield of online trolls, so I want to bring my real and enlightening conversations with people from different places and backgrounds to a podcast that empowers and elevates how we view women in the world. In this episode, I sit down with talented musician/producer Valente Bertelli and health coach and entrepreneur Ariane Hennings to talk about The Ex. I hope you

Ep015: Nurse Becky
12/09/2016 Duración: 02h20minIf you haven't noticed, female-focused Sex Ed is basically non-existent. Many of us are still cobbling together advice from friends, suspect internet searches, and that one thing from Bio class five years ago. Enter Nurse Becky. Becky is a dedicated, compassionate RN in Los Angeles who graciously stopped in to talk to Stacey Fontaine and I about egg freezing, contraception, UTIs, and much more. This will be the first of many Nurse Becky appearances on the podcast so be sure to leave your health-related questions in the comments!

Ep014: Date like a Feminist
29/08/2016 Duración: 01h32minI've convinced myself that I'm great at giving dating advice. Whether that theory is true outside my own reality is yet to be determined. In this episode, two brave men, Armen Haftvani and Mark Lee- both amateur comedians and fellow creatives- allow me to dig through their dating past and present and attempt to shed some insight on their game.
