Paul is joined, in studio, by Dr. Mary O'Neill. Dr. O'Neill is a professor, podcaster, and entrepreneur. She teaches a series of courses on Designing Your Life through the WCSU Career Success Center. She also writes for Main Street Magazine and co-hosts the Main Street Moxie podcast. Our student co-host Destiny Samuel is back to talk about her last fall semester and give us the info on some upcoming events but mostly the ACSA Fashion Show which takes place this Friday 11/18.

Kicking off WCSU's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month we have a very special guest on the pod this week. Jessica Coronel, the Assistant Director of the WCSU Pre-Collegiate and Access Programs, joins Paul to talk about her journey to and her experience here at WCSU.

This week's guest is a man with many connections to the WestConn Football program and to Coach Loth, Tanner McCormick. Played for Coach and coached with Coach and then went on to coach programs all over the country at all levels of play and has now returned to Ohio after a brief stopover in... Peru...? Also a recap of the Wolves' week 2 win and a preview of their week 3 matchup against Westfield State.

Coach Loth and Bart are joined this week by former WestConn player and current Waterbury Police Officer, Mike Nicol. Mike has some great stories about his time here and where his education and time playing football has gotten him in his life. We'll also recap the Wolves Week 1 loss to William Patterson and look ahead to Week 2's matchup at Albright.

WestConn Football all-time sack record holder and hall of famer James Prunty is on the show this week with Bart and Coach Loth. They talk records, Colonial football in the 80s, and life after college football. The Wolves are off to William Patterson tomorrow for their season opener against the Pioneers. @WCSU is back. Paul Steinmetz is joined by WCSU Interim President Paul Beran to discuss how the University will move forward under his leadership.

Bart Busterna sat down with this year's Leadership Council as they reported to camp to get a feel for the team. Despite many of them being from Long Island (we won't hold it against them) they all came ready to go and get us all fired up for this year's hunt for a ring.

Following his retirement after 40 years as Athletic Trainer for WestConn, Mark Allen joins Bart and Coach Loth on the pod to discuss the history of athletics here at the university and talk about what he's planning on doing now. We also surprised Mark with a couple of special guests, Frank Leonard and Ed Farrington.

A current Wolves player, Matt Forti #40, joins Bart and Coach Loth to talk about how he got to WestConn, what his experience has been like, and his plans for the future.
