Stephen has always had a passion for house music. From the ripe age of 17 you'd always see him on the dance floor in some of the best clubs and bars in the UK. After moving to Perth in 2013 he began to seek what was on offer in the local house music scene meeting some like minded people that shared the same passion. He soon became motivated landing his first big gig for Addiction one of the best up and coming house and techno events in Perth. Which he now promotes and plays for regularly. Stephen was picked to play in one of the most renowned Dj competitions in the area which has given him exposure to play in a number of other events.

Across the west, NuGroove has laid down his signature sound with an explosive yet trembling affect. Delivering all things house music, this DJ hasn’t dropped on his passion and continues to make fellow enthusiasts smile and club goers move. Between UK, Australia and Asia, he has dropped to the hundreds at exclusive promoter yacht parties and rubbed shoulders with pioneers like Weiss, Yousef and Patrick Topping, Green Velvet together with local iconic house export Sonny Fodera.

Picking up his first set of turntables when he was about 13 Fredieboy always had a love for house music!! Playing @ various bars, clubs and parties he started to learn his craft, reading crowds, studious track selection & gettin the party rocking!! In 2002 he moved to Holland where he discovered the harder styles of dance & techno which had a big influence on him and when he moved back home was really inspired by what he experienced!! so he started running his own parties for the harder styles & this lead to him getting bookings for promoters like concept, hard infestation, fresh underground, Ni old skool & more playing @ venues across the country like traks, the relic, molly sweenys, bar 7!! DJing alongside some of the biggest names in the scene such as showtek, noisecontrollers, organ donors, bryan kearney, mark sherry, ASYS, Pavo, The Prophet and many more!!
