A semi-annual guest, she talks with Bob about the opening of the new Pikes Peak Summit Complex and the Colorado Springs Sesquicentennial. They also discuss a study that evaluated the needs of the parks department in terms of infrastructure, and another study that compared where the parks department ranks with other cities. Finally, they discuss overall parks department funding and how it compares now to prior to the 2008 recession, and then they discuss the TOPS program and the forthcoming ballot measure to extend the program.
