Beer Space Nine

This week we are discussing two more episodes of Star Trek the Next Generation season 3, The Survivors and Who Watches the Watchers. A mysterious couple is living amidst the total devastation of all life on a Federation colony planet. And Picard gets worshiped as a god by a not so advanced culture. Not bad for the beginning of season 3 of TNG.

This week we are starting season 3 of Star Trek the Next Generation! And the seasons kicks off with an episode focusing on Barron's favorite character...Wesley Crusher!! But who cares about Wesley when Doctor Crusher is finally back!!! We also have Data getting a girlfriend when he alone has to negotiate with a group of colonists about to be annihilated from space! Here we come TNG season 3!

We are at the end of season two of Star Trek the Next Generation this week. The Enterprise plays some war games in a pretty decent penultimate episode, then we get a boring clip show in the last episode. Next week on to season three!

Lwaxana Troi is back and looking for love on this week's Beer Space Nine. You know who else is looking for love? Worf! Worf gets a girl! Well, for a second anyway. We talk about the season 2 TNG episodes Manhunt and The Emissary. And we drink some beers. 

This week the TNG crew encounters a child-like race who want to kidnap Geordi (one of many times poor Geordi gets kidnapped). They also encounter some Irish people who seemed to have stepped out of Darby Ogill and the Little People. An odd couple of season 2 Star Trek the Next Generation episodes. Also, Brooke finds it in her cold dead heart to say something nice about Dr. Pulaski. Don't get used to it.

Data makes a friend! Q is back! Season 2 of TNG continues. This week we talk about Star Trek the Next Generation episodes Pen Pals and Q-Who. Barron admits Pen Pals wasn't as bad as he thought. HAHA score one for Brooke! Also, Guinan hates Q, the Borg appear for the first time, and no one can ignore an exploding planet when a cute little girl is involved.

This week we have two Picards!! And the Enterprise possibly gets destroyed!! Also, Commander Riker has daddy issues. We talk about the Star Trek The Next Generation episodes Time Squared and Icarus Factor. And we drink.

This week the Enterprise gets a virus and Riker, Data and Worf go to Vegas when we talk about the Star Trek The Next Generation episodes Contagion and The Royale. Season 2 of TNG is...interesting.

This week we discuss one of the best TNG episodes EVER MADE!! And one that's kinda ok. We talk about Star Trek The Next Generation season 2 episodes The Measure of a Man and The Dauphin. Is Data a person or property? Also, Wesley gets a girlfriend. We also get kind sorta super drunk. And have tons of fun!

This week TNG really really REALLY wants you to love Dr. Pulaski. Really! Sadly it does not work on us. Also we learn a bunch more about this modern iteration of the Klingons! We talk about the Star Trek The Next Generation episodes Unnatural Selection and A Matter of Honor.

This week Brooke and Barron continue to dump all over Dr. Pukaski. You may want to get used to it, it will last the entirety of season two of TNG. Sorry not sorry. We also talk about Star Trek the Next Generation episodes Loud As A Whisper and Schizoid Man. We get a hearing impaired mediator and Data gets mind controlled. And we drink. As usual.

This week we talk about one of the great season 2 episodes of TNG! And we talk about an ok episode of season 2 TNG. We also continue to hate on Dr. Pulaski. Sorry not sorry. Star Trek The Next Generation needs Dr. Crusher back!! Also, we're usually drunk.

We start season two of TNG with a whimper. The Child. Hmmmm. Get it together Star Trek the Next Generation. Luckily we have more fun episodes to come! And GUINAN!!!!

It's the end of season one of Star Trek The Next Generation, and we've got everyone's favorite season one episode Conspiracy! TNG does horror! Also talking about the season closer The Neutral Zone. Return of the Romulans!

Tasha Yar dies and Picard meets an old flame on this week's Beer Space Nine. We are almost done with season one of Star Trek The Next Generation. Can't wait for season two!!

It's a very special episode of Beer Space Nine as we discuss Star Trek The Next Generation episodes Arsenal of Freedom and Symbiosis. Kids, don't do drugs!

This week we are happy to have two good episodes of Star Trek the Next Generation to talk about: Coming of Age and Heart of Glory. TNG rebounds after last week's horror show. Barron is vary excited to finally have a Worf episode! 

Not the best week at Beer Space Nine as neither of us are super impressed with these two episodes of Star Trek the Next Generation. We discuss the first season episodes When The Bough Breaks and Home Soil. The first season of TNG could be a bit rough. 

We talk about two more Star Trek the Next Generation episodes; 11001001 and Too Short a Season. A decent one and a not so decent one, which seems to be the pattern in season one of TNG. But still we have fun!!

This week on Beer Space Nine we meet Data's evil twin! We also talk about one of the more sexist episodes of TNG; Angel One. Star Trek the Next Generation definitely had an interesting first season.
