Guess what? Your heart knows the way! It’s all in you!! We all know what it FEELS LIKE not to follow your heart. How life starts to look drab, and you lose energy, get burnt out, and the question inside is “what’s the point?” And then, there’s this FEELING when you are following your heart — life becomes exciting, interesting, dangerous, fun, beautiful, and in FULL COLOR! Here’s the thing, most of us were never taught that the WAY is in following our heart. That indicator or “compass” that is always with us. Our Heart has an intelligence all its own, and so many secrets to whisper to us, if we just listen.

They are everywhere!!! Distractions!! In fact, do you ever feel like you spend more time chasing distractions rather than doing what you know you are here for!? The ego has a tricky way of keeping us off our Purpose by making other things feel more urgent…but all its really doing is leading you away from who you are. This week, we go into the addiction of distractions, and how we can give ourselves permission to listen to the message of our Soul.

Can we cultivate the awareness to not project our wounds on our romantic partners, but see them as the Spiritual Guru’s that are here to usher us into the next level of our growth? Thank you, Boo!!!

Oh yeah… we are going there! We all know what its like to postpone an uncomfortable conversation that you need to be having. We’ve all had that unsettling in our soul, when there is something to be addressed, and we are finding all kinds of excuses NOT to have it. Well, there is a conversation that ALWAYS wants to happen.
